Francesca Anderson, Principal Flute with Folsom Lake Symphony, has an enchanting way with the flute family. Whether on the silver flute, its smaller and larger versions, or a harmonizing Native American double-bore wooden flute, Francesca captivates with her skill and expression.
Daniel Roest has received wide acclaim for his classical guitar concerts. His concerts are called “fun and entertaining,” (Portland Classic Guitar Concert Series) and moving, “listening to him, we get the feeling that we are with one of the great players of the guitar.” (Tiempo Latino)
Comments from Daniel and Francesca's previous Groupmuses:
"Thoroughly enjoyed Daniel and Francesca's beautiful guitar and flute duets. While it was obvious they were both very accomplished in their chosen instruments separately, hearing the two weave their sounds together made for a thrilling experience. These two love what they do, do it well together and by sharing experiences and knowledge of their music and instruments, make the audience feel very included."
"My wife and I have enjoyed Daniel’s and Francesca’s performances for many years. It’s so good to hear and see them in concert again."
"The program was a wonderful way to hear beautiful music. I've heard Daniel and Francesca before, and I appreciate the work that Groupmuse is doing to support our musicians."
