This is a groupmuse

A live concert in a living room, backyard, or another intimate space. They're casual and friendly, hosted by community members.

Host

Hi! I've been to a few of these and had an amazing time, but this is my first time hosting a Groupmuse. I'm super excited to have folks over to enjoy some music and use this as an opportunity for community building. Bring your friends and lovers and Bumble dates, I'll have some of my favorite people over and hopefully a few of my neighbors as well!

I'll have some booze and bites but please feel free to B your own B, or any food you might want to share. I have a light colored couch that's hard to clean; I'm not going to ask anyone not to bring red wine, but if you do I will probably be very anxious about it.

My apartment overlooks Roosevelt High School, right by the Georgia Ave Metro and super close to the 70, 63, and 50s buses.

What's the music?

Beethoven’s unfinished duet for violin and cello, Kodály duo (Mov III), Handel-Halverson Passacaglia, Maurice Ravel duets
