Trio Lucente shares gems of the violin-cello-piano trio repertoire with listeners near and far, offering delightful programming coupled with superb artistry. A special spark inhabits their collaborative synergy: a shared interpretive vision, and an excellent sense of humor, inspiring the best and more in this delightful new trio.
Based in New York City, violinist Claudia Schaer, cellist Jisoo Ok and pianist Olga Gurevich each bring remarkable individual accomplishments to the trio. They have performed in venues such as Carnegie Hall, Weill Recital Hall, and Symphony Space in NYC, and in concert halls around the world, from Azerbaijan to Brazil to Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Switzerland, Taiwan. They trained and completed degrees at the prestigious Juilliard School, the Maimonides State Academy, and Stony Brook University. Accomplished teaching artists, they inspire a new generation of aspiring musicians at various schools.
